Pillar guide
Filters & Technology
Technology matters. Technology is not enough.
Good tools reduce accidental exposure, buy time, and create a helpful pause. We recommend using them. But a filter restrains behavior; it cannot change what a child wants. Use the tools, and keep talking with your child, because the conversation does what no software can.
More guides on how filters and parental controls work, and how to set them up, are on the way. In the meantime, the software reviews page lists what we’ve written so far.

We publish a guide only when it is genuinely useful and reviewed. These are on the way:
- Are Filters Enough? Why Christian Parents Need More Than a Filter
- Parental Controls Overview: Types, Limits, and How to Choose
Your child's struggle is not the end of the story.
A perfect filter cannot save your child, and a perfect parenting strategy does not exist. Our hope is in Christ, who meets sinners with mercy and does not let go of the ones he loves.
